Ric Hayter is a avid soccer supporter specifically for the Australian Socceroos and his local team Queensland Lions.
Ric Hayter has been living in QLD since 1994, Ric Hayter has founded the Queensland Property & Share Academy which is a business that educates people about the share market and property through education courses in a structured classroom environment. Ric also is involved in two other businesses, Skyshades and APFL. Skyshades is a large company that offer a great shade product, APFL is a real estate company that Ric Hayter and his wife Christine Hayter are principals.
Hobbies, Passions and Interests
Ric Hayter is a leading Australian business man who has a long track record of building successful business from the ground up. His illustrious career began in the 1970s, when he set up what is now the leading independent financial planning company in Melbourne. He sold this firm in 1984 to one Melbourne’s leading financial institutions. Ric Hayter then built three more financial services companies which went global with offices around the world. Ric is also an avid property investor and coach. He is an in-demand speaker and has coached thousands of first time investors on stock trading and real estate investing. Ric and his wife Chris also run Asian Pacific Forest Lake, a highly successful property sales and management firm. Ric Hayter has always been a bold investor venturing where others fear to go. He has been a pioneer in many markets. Most recently, he partnered up with the likes of Greg Norman to set up SKYShades Australia Pty. SKYShades is now the leading solar shade solutions provider in Australia, the Middle East, South East Asia and the United States.
Despite a daily schedule that would tire most people, Ric Hayter still has time for his hobbies and passions. He occasionally tees up for a round of golf with his buddies. When Greg Norman is visiting, it is not uncommon to find them at a golf club somewhere enjoying a game.
In his spare time, Hayter enjoys sailing with his wife Chris and owns a small Yacht which he keeps docked at the Port Phillip Bay. He occasionally goes camping in the Great Australian Outback.
Ric also happens to be an avid reader. He reads widely and occasionally reviews books on various websites. Some of the books he has written reviews on include; Sun Tzu’s “Art of War” and Rudolph Guliani’s “Leadership”.
Ric Hayter has lately taken a keen interest in Internet marketing, search engine optimization and social media. Despite not having had a strong interest in social media initially, he now has elaborate profiles on the leading social media websites with pages updated on a regular basis.
