There is nothing better than seeing yourself as a physically fit and strong individual. This not only boosts ones morale, but also provides you a sense of achievement. After all, who doesn’t enjoy being fit and healthy? In Marc Withnall’s organization, health and fitness are high on the priorities.

The office houses a large gymnasium for 40 staff members along with the amenities which include a steam room, change room and a personal trainer named Nick Croft. Nick assists in the employees training schedule. Marc Withnall has maintained the tradition of corporate health which is acknowledged by his mates, and rightly so.
Nick Croft shares the same view as Marc Withnall of an employer’s commitment to their employees. He believes Marc Withnall has set the standard for other businesses to follow and this is one of the secrets to the growth of Marc Withnall’s business.
Marc Withnall himself is a very fit person, competing in many triathlons and regularly training and running marathons.
